My Favorite FREE YouTube Work Outs

You’re going to want to bookmark this one friends 🙂

This afternoon’s post is one I’ve actually been MEANING to do for awhile!

So many of my bloggy friends here ask and talk about videos to buy, workouts you can do at home, or recommendations for cheap work outs.  Welp, I’m here to share with you all my FREE work out recommendations!

While our apartment gym was closed, I found myself doing a ton of workouts from home.  This includes yoga and strength, all for free on youtube!  Doesn’t get any better than that, does it?

So, I’m here today to share with you all my favorite FREE YouTube work outs!

YOGA

I can’t recommend Tara Stiles enough. . . just look her up on YouTube for more videos.  She has a TON of short, focused, routines 8-12 minutes long.

Strength

These are just my favorites! Please feel free to leave more in the comments section!!! I am all about free, accessible exercise!

  1. Nice…I’ll test out the yoga. Can’t do much high impact, I have plantar fascitis. Jillian Michaels really gives you a run for your money. Just when you think you’re keeping up you’re not even close.

  2. This post is awesome! Thanks for putting together all this great info. I’ll totally check them out and encourage myself to try them! I need to get back in shape before I go to Spain and eat all the delicious food 😛

  3. Hey! I live found yoga on my own in my living room! Check out yoga download – they have 20 minute sessions of all different kinds. I also like Dave Farmar’s podcasts. Lastly, do yoga with me has many to choose from. Fiji mcalpine is on there and many others too

  5. I love Tracy Anderson’s arm workouts- they’re all about small movements with body weights. Plus she trains Gwyneth Paltrow so I’m hoping my arms turn into hers 🙂
