Tried a new to me workout style

Tabata.  And now I’m obsessed.

  • 12 minute warm up on the treadmill
  • 3 sets of 8 — tabata style routines.  legs, upper body, core
  • 5 minute in between on the treadmill
  • repeat 3 sets of 8 tabata work out
  • random upper body weights to wrap it up.
