Tried a new to me workout style
Tabata. And now I’m obsessed.
- 12 minute warm up on the treadmill
- 3 sets of 8 — tabata style routines. legs, upper body, core
- 5 minute in between on the treadmill
- repeat 3 sets of 8 tabata work out
- random upper body weights to wrap it up.
Love tabata! It’s a great way to get in a challenging workout without having to spend too much time!
I’m going to have to look into this. I definitely need to diversify my workouts.
Oh I’ve never even heard of this before. Off to google…….

I’ve never heard of tabata but will have to look into it. I’ve been searching for a challenging dumbbell workout after my runs.
