It’s my favorite time of the work week…What I Ate Wednesday! : ) As always, WIAW is hosted by the adorable Mommy, Jenn @ Peas and Crayons.
With all the challenges, healthy living inspiration, and exercise crazes around right now, the theme of Fall into good habits just fits right in 🙂
Breakfast
My favorite breakfast of the week was definitely Zach’s birthday breakfast. Scrambled cheesy eggs and homemade coffee cake. Talk about yum!
Lunch
You all know I’m a sushi freak…so I have to give props to Saturday’s sushi lunch. The perfect treat for after Zach and I’s run!
Snacks
Zach and I almost ate the entire bag of Lemon Pucker PIstachios Sunday afternoon (but there’s only 2 servings, so that wouldn’t have been awful). I love any pistachios, but these had such a great spice. They were addictive and worth the sore tongue that I got from sucking on the shells ;).
Dinner
Without a doubt…my meal at Acorn Monday night. Oh my gosh the flavors and ingredients in these “small plate” dishes were out of this world
Dessert
This Whole Foods pistachio cake that I got for Zach’s birthday was SERIOUSLY out of this world. I could LIVE off the frosting. If the Whole Foods near you has this cake in the bakery, GET IT and thank me later!
And as a shout out to my favorite blogging twin, I am going to jump on the What I WORE Wednesday bandwaggon as well 🙂
It’s not what I wore Wednesday necessarily, but I LOVED my outfit Monday night for Zach’s birthday dinner. A super comfy, relaxed, but fancy enough looking outfit. Right up my alley 🙂
