Some New Workouts You’ve GOT To Try!

You all know I’ve been all about new-to-me work outs lately during my #100daychallenge.  Welp, today I thought I’d share with you some of my favorites, via Pinterest!

Here is a great variety of different work outs that all require little-to-no equipment except possibly some dumbbells and a step or treadmill!

This tabata work out is seriously my current FAVORITE!  20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.  You’ve got to try it!

This treadmill workout is GUARANTEED to cure the treadmill boredom!  Not for the faint of heart

A GREAT and quick routine that I like doing during my lunch break at work.

This boot camp style work out will kill ya, in the best possible way 😉

As a total type-A freakazoid, I LOVE number based workouts 🙂 And doesn’t 1000 just SOUND good?

We’ve all been told how good interval training is for our overall running and speed right?  You gotta try this one!

You know I love me some intervals — especially high intensity 🙂  Try this at home HIIT work out and feel the burn!

What’s your favorite new workout that you’ve tried?

  1. I love everything you posted here! I’m a huge fan of building a tabata into my workout. I do a HIIT class that does a squat tabata…and our rest period is holding the squat. It hurts so good!

  2. These are some great workouts! I’ve been loving my running lately and haven’t done any other workouts besides playing soccer. With this list…I clearly need to try some of these 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
    Go Pinterest 🙂

  3. Yay I love seeing other people’s workouts and trying them out, it helps mix it up! Thanks for sharing lady 🙂
