Good Morning and Happy Tuesday Everyone 🙂
As you all know, my evenings sans Zach include an embarrassing amount of bad TV. True story. Well, I almost had a panic attack last night as I turned on the TV and our OnDemand was not functioning. THE HORROR!
Thankfully, the torture only lasted one show and everything was good in the world again. Teen Mom — here I come!

Thankfully, I had some wonderful food to distract me, even during the “scare.”
A strawberry shortcake roll that has literal strawberries, cream cheese, cucumbers, tempura shrimp and ell I believe. It’s amazing. But not as amazing as the sweet treat I made last night staring a new favorite ingredient:

This Morning
I stayed up later than I normally do watching Lindsey on OWN {judging can continue now . . . }, so waking up this morning came a little quicker than I’d like. Either way, I got myself out of bed after one snooze and got to movin.
I did a repeat of the hill and sprint interval workout from last week for a little over 3 miles total.
The workout includes a quick warm up, diving straight into a hill routine, an endurance routine, a hill/sprint routine, and then a cooldown. It’s a good one!

Oh no, not a dysfunctional DVR! haha I remember when we had DVR – I loved it. Now we’re down to the minimum so I only use Hulu and Netflix.
HA we’re dropping cable as well so it could be a challenge!

I adore cookie butter, can’t wait for the recipe! I could probably go on for ages about my favorite trader joe’s treats but I particularly adore their mini pb chocolate cups and their dunkers chocolate chip cookies.
I also love their mini PB cups, I used to dominate the trail mix that had them in it 🙂
Ohhhhh cookie butter. She is a cruel mistress haha. I am obsessed with everything at TJ’s, but their chocolate covered pretzels are a personal favorite. Also, your run made me crave a good interval workout.

Have you seen the cookie butter MIXED with a Nutella-like chocolate swirl at your Trader Joe’s? I haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure I’ll give in soon.

Lol trashy TV is the best. I went home yesterday with bad sinus issues and trashy TV was my jam. I love TJ’s fresh pizza dough, but I think you buy yours at Sprouts (our Sprouts is too far for me to go when I’m at home). Can’t wait for your recipe! And lovin’ the new layout cutie!

We have direct tv, which works great unless we get a massive thunderstorm. If it interrupts my sports or teen vampire dramas, then that’s when I go into freak out mode.
