Namaste everyone 🙂 Day #1 of my #100day Challenge is a yoga class, and specific to the picture a {poorly held} tree pose. The benefits to yoga are ENDLESS, and I am so happy that it has become such a big part of my life again.

After my run yesterday, my body is definitely craving some yoga. Tree pose always feels so great.

i have this thing… where, after i’ve had a few beers in me – i love to try to do tree pose. somehow, i’m able. namaste.
lol I did go to a {hot} yoga class after an office Christmas party. I have a vivid memory of tree post and not feeling so hot. lol
haha. i did hot yoga after my accident. it felt good at the time, but the next day i couldn’t move. lol lately i kind of started inventing my own style of yoga. gah, i’m such an ‘against the grain’ type… lol
