Good morning everyone.

Good lord I have been on a roll lately. I woke up yesterday with by far the worst illness I’ve ever had in-my-life. I’ll spare you the details, but am happy to report that I have kept down liquids and toast the past couple of hours and seem to be on the mend.

Good lord I have been more sick this year than any other time in my life. Lemme tell ya — this was an illness that’ll make you question your lifestyle! Hello, Ashley. You NEED TO TAKE IT EASY.

Anyway, my plan for today is to continue to rest, rest, rest and am hopeful to be back to work, very slowly, tomorrow. With that said, I need to address the most important thing: My core power giveaway winner!
