Can I Have Some Salad With That Meat?
Ingredients
- 1/2 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 roma tomato
- Sesame seeds (for Zach)
- Left overs from Mexican (for me)
- 2 flank steaks
- Whole Food Crackers
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Lemon juice and sriracha
Directions
- Prepare the greens (chop, top with lemon juice, sriracha (for me) salt and pepper
- Chop and add the tomatoes
- Add the left overs (for me) and seeds (for Zach)
- Have the husband prep and grill the steak
- Dress and enjoy, with crackers as a delish dipper/side
