Who Am I

I’ve had some silly things going on outside of the ol’ bloggosphear lately, so my brain is a bit scattered as of late.

Not always a bad thing, not always a good thing.

This morning I slept in until 9 AM.  I do not know the last time I did this.   Especially on a work day.

Not only did I sleep in, I managed to get to work early, be productive, drink some coffee, and start my day slowly.

I guess that’s what the first real snow will do to you.

Something about the s now feels like a fresh start . . . and that’s what I’m going for here.

Have a great Thursday everyone 🙂

Question of the Morning:  Do you like snow?  Does it signify anything for you?

  1. To me snow means stillness and, somewhat paradoxically, freedom. I love being out in the morning on the day of a big snow. There are fewer people around, all sounds seem muted and the world looks clean and still. The feeling of freedom comes from my childhood, when snow meant no school and a day of raucous sledding!

  2. Such a beautiful photo 🙂
I LOVE snow….it signifies a lot for me. I worked at an Outdoor Centre for 5 winters teaching skiing, snowshoeing, camping etc. When it snow’s I’m reminded of all the people I’ve met, program’s I’ve tough and experiences I had with friends and family. I can’t wait for our first snow fall on the east coast 🙂

  3. I’ll echo what others said and say I like it as long as I’m not driving in it. It makes the world seem quieter, I guess, or more peaceful. And I left early this morning and made it in a reasonable amount of time, so I’m going to be optimistic and hope that’ll be a good strategy to avoid being stuck on I-25 in the months to come.

  4. Snow is pretty. However… I don’t like dealing with it haha. I don’t enjoy driving and commuting in it. I don’t enjoy the cold and ice. I don’t like the salt stains all over my shoes and pants. So I guess you could say I prefer other seasons to winter

  5. Its cool when it first lays (Get chance to make epic snow men/ladies), but over here everything stops with a bit of snow….If its late, cold, and icy, I hate it. I dislike sliding around! I’m somewhat dreading it, since I’ve never ran in it.

  6. Snow is nice because even a little bit means that school either starts late or gets closed. :p The worst is when school is in session but driving there is treacherous. We live on a giant hill that often gets closed down when it snows, so I have to find other ways around.
